Welcome to MangoCare, a digital health platform developed and managed by MangoSoft. By downloading, accessing, or using the MangoCare app, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the app.

  1. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By using MangoCare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies posted on the app. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the user) and MangoSoft.
  2. Eligibility and User Accounts:
    • • Users must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use MangoCare.
    • • You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account.
  3. Services Provided:
    • • Mood tracking and self-assessment tools.
    • • Access to psychological tests and self-help articles.
    • • The ability to open health-related cases for consultative feedback.
    • • Connections with doctors and psychologists for informational and second-opinion consultations only.
    • ❗ Important: MangoCare does not provide prescriptions, therapy, or emergency medical services. It is not a replacement for in-person visits or licensed medical treatment.
  4. Professional Disclaimer
    • • Doctors and psychologists available on MangoCare are not authorized to issue prescriptions or formal treatment plans through the app.
    • • The platform is designed for informational and consultative purposes only.
    • • Some listed professionals may be students or in-training, and MangoCare does not guarantee their certification or professional status. It is the user’s responsibility to evaluate the consultation advice they receive.
  5. User Responsibility for Professional Credentials
    • • MangoCare displays documents and certificates provided directly by the listed doctors or psychologists.
    • • MangoCare does not verify the authenticity of these documents and is not liable for inaccuracies or misrepresentations.
    • • Users are encouraged to conduct their own research and make informed decisions when interacting with any professional via the app.
  6. Subscriptions & Payments:
    • • MangoCare offers free and paid subscription plans.
    • • Subscriptions may include access to premium features and priority support.
    • • All subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
    • • Payments are handled securely through third-party providers such as the App Store or Google Play.
  7. Data Protection & Security
    • • All personal and health-related data is end-to-end encrypted, both in transit and at rest.
    • • MangoCare uses Bearer Token authentication for secure access.
    • • Data processing is carried out in compliance with GDPR (EU users) and HIPAA (US users) standards.
    • • Users can request data deletion or account closure at any time. Once deleted, no data is retained or backed up.
  8. Limitation of Liability:
    • • MangoCare does not guarantee the accuracy or medical effectiveness of consultations provided on the platform.
    • • MangoCare is not liable for any decision or action taken by the user based on information obtained through the app.
    • • In the event of a medical emergency, users must immediately contact emergency services in their region. MangoCare does not provide emergency support.
  9. Intellectual Property:
    • • All content, logos, graphics, and trademarks on MangoCare are the property of MangoSoft.
    • • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited without written permission.
  10. Governing Law:
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
  11. Modifications to Terms
    • MangoSoft reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
